On the Your Appointments screen upcoming and previous appointments are displayed.
Not all appointments are displayed on Patient Access. In some circumstances, particularly when an appointment has been booked by your practice, the appointment will not be visible as the reason or purpose of the appointment session may be of a sensitive nature.
Your Appointments screen
From this screen you can do the following:
- Select any of the appointments displayed to view more information about them.
- Click Book Appointment to go to the Book Appointments screen.
