The Patient Access Support Centre can only deal with technical queries in relation to the Patient Access web and mobile applications.
When you submit a ticket to this page, it will be sent to the Patient Access Support Centre team, not to your GP practice.
Do not submit any queries about your medical condition or medications. We do not have any direct access to your practice and cannot provide any clinical advice, or help with any aspect of your health or medical care.
