Various bug fixes and enhancements including:

Web

  • Fixed an issue where some test results were not shown if the result name contained certain characters.
  • Provided a more helpful error message when an invalid Practice ID is supplied in various scenarios.

iOS

  • Fixed an issue where some test results were not shown if the result name contained certain characters.
  • Fixed an issue that could sometimes prevent an appointment from being cancelled.
  • Provided a more helpful error message when invalid characters are used in a message to the practice.
  • Provided a more helpful error message when an invalid Practice ID is supplied in various scenarios.
  • If your practice is not based in England and your registration letter provides a Practice/Access ID, we have added a handy shortcut on the sign in page to obtain your User ID using this information.

Android
