Getting help with Patient Access

If you need help with using Patient Access, there are three ways to get this:

  1. Check the help articles on this website.
  2. Ask your practice to look at your account on their system (EMIS Web). If you are having problems registering or logging in, your practice can reset your account.
  3. Contact us (EMIS Health) by using the Contact support option below. Our support consultants will help you with your query. Click here for guidance on submitting your query. Support are also available to help your practice if they need advice on using Patient Access. 

IMPORTANT: Tickets can only be raised for medical practices in England. If your practice is outside England, please raise your query directly with your medical practice.
